Deliveries

Q. Which countries can you deliver to?
A. At present, we currently only ship to UK addresses.

Q. When will my order be dispatched and delivered to me?
A. All orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day for a Next working Day delivery service providing we have stock available.

Q. Will the parcel need to be signed for on delivery?
A. Yes. Due to the high value of items in an order, a signature is often required to confirm receipt of the goods. We would therefore recommend that you ask for goods to be delivered to an address where somebody will be around to sign for them, such as a business address or asking for the item to be left with a neighbour. If this isn't possible, please let us know if you wish your order to be delivered to a safe place at the property. E.g. 'Please leave in shed'. **Please note that items being left unsigned for are at the discretion of the courier company and their drivers on the day of delivery. We cannot make any guarantee of this service**

Q. What time will my order be delivered?
A. Unfortunately we cannot offer specific delivery times as the couriers we use can deliver anytime between 8am and 6pm.

Q. I have a problem regarding the delivery of my order, what can I do?
A. Please get in touch with us with the details and we will liase with the couriers to resolve any problems for you. It is also helpful to provide a contact number when ordering as this will be passed onto the couriers who will often contact you directly to resolve any problems with a delivery.

Q. I have just received my order but some items are incorrect, incomplete, damaged or faulty. What should I do?
A. Please report this to us immediately by email including your name and order reference as well as exactly what the fault is with your order, so that we can begin the process of investigating your problem as quickly as possible.


Stock and Availability

Q. How can I find out if my item is in stock?
A. For all stock enquiries please contact customer service via telephone or email, details of which can be found in the Contact Us page.

Q. If my item is not in stock how long will it take to get to me?
A. With most of our suppliers at powertools2u all back orders are delivered within 1-2 working days to us and out to the customer on the following working day. Sometimes this is not the case due to longer supplier lead times or lack of stock availability. In these circumstances, we will inform you with an estimate of the due date of the item via email.

Q. The prices on your site seem very cheap - are any of the items you sell second hand or reconditioned?
No. All the items sold on the site are brand new and bought directly from the leading manufacturers and suppliers. We are able to offer such competitive prices as we buy direct from the manufacturers in large quantities. This results in powertools2u.co.uk benefiting from cheaper prices, which we are then able to pass onto you.

Q. Am I able to come and collect my item from you instead of having it delivered?
A. Unfortunately we cannot offer this service. All items are dispatched direct from our distribution warehouse and cannot be collected.


Pricing

Q. I have seen a product on powertools2u cheaper elsewhere can powertools2u match or beat this price?
A. powertools2u operate a very competitive price checking system and try to stay ahead of any competitors. However if you do find products cheaper please email us in advance of ordering and we will look into matching or beating a price where possible.

Q. Can powertools2u offer me technical advice on all of the products on the website?
A. If you have a specific technical enquiry please send us an email and we will do our best to answer you promptly and accurately.
