Please be aware that a number of deliveries that were dispatched from ourselves on the 20th, 21st and 22nd of August may be held up by slight delays. The courier used for these dispatches was Amtrak (www.amtrak.co.uk).
We were informed this morning (25/08/2008) that Amtrak had gone into administration and ceased trading. An alternative courier company, BusinessPost has taken on exisitng Amtrak deliveries and honoured a deal to deliver all these consignments. We have been informed that the backlog of these deliveries will be worked through and delivered over the next 1-2 working days.
We sincerely aplogise for any inconvenience caused. With immediate effect, we are moving all future deliveries across to DHL and don't anticipate any interruption in future service. |

| Delivery Information | |
We endeavour to deliver all our products within 1-2 working days^ providing we have the stock available on orders placed before 15:00 G.M.T. Any orders placed after this time will be processed the following working day.
Alternatively, if stock is not available it will be ordered from the manufacturer and delivered to you the next working day after our receipt of the goods. We will keep you informed by email of any estimated due dates should this be the case. If you require an item urgently, we would advise that you send us an email enquirying about stock availability. We will always aim to answer emails before 5pm Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays), where possible. |

| Saturday or before noon deliveries can be arranged at extra cost, please contact our sales team for a quote. Similarly deliveries outside mainland UK can be arranged if required. |

We offer FREE* delivery on all orders totalling over £100.00 inc VAT^
For all orders under £100 the standard delivery charge will be £5.99 inc VAT.
*Free delivery is available to UK mainland addresses only. Addresses in areas such as Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands may incur a delivery charge.
^Standard delivery times are 1-2 working days using the courier DHL.
For some deliveries to areas in the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and for heavy or large items over 35kg, a next day service may not be available. For heavy/bulky items, we may have to use an alternative courier such as a freight pallet service. Delivery time in these situations is typically 2-3 working days. |

| Can powertools2u deliver my order to an address that is not my cardholder address? | |

Yes this is possible; firstly place the order as normal entering in your cardholder address as the delivery address to enable us to verify your identity. You will then need to contact us via email after the order has been placed providing the alternative delivery details. You will receive an email response to acknowledge the details have been received.
